TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE PAYMENTS

All online payments to Ralph Anthony Professional Farrier Services are subject to the following conditions.

1.       I accept the following types of payment:

a.       Visa

b.      MasterCard

c.       Discover

d.      Online check payment

2.       Credit card  and check payments are secure:

a.       Payments will be processed directly by USAepay Merchant Services using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

b.      Credit card numbers and all banking information are protected with a high level of encryption when transmitted over the Internet.

c.     I do not have access to your credit card details or any banking information.

3.       Confirmation:

a.       If successful, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you notifying you that your payment was completed.

b.      If unsuccessful, you will be advised that your payment has failed.  I will not be advised why a payment has failed, therefore, you should contact your credit card provider for details.

c.       If your payment fails, please use one of the other payment methods available. Please arrange an alternative payment method promptly.

4.       I will confirm your payment details via email.

All work performed by Ralph Anthony Professional Farrier Services is guaranteed for five (5) weeks from date of origianal invoice unless otherwise specified.  Notify me immediately if you need me to come back for a warranty claim.  Failure to contact me does not constitute a reason for cancellation of charges.

 I do not offer refunds.

In the case of an ACH Transaction being rejected for Non Sufficient Funds (NSF), I understand that Ralph Anthony Professional Farrier Services may at its discretion attempt to process the charge again within 30 days, and agree to an additional $35.00 charge for each attempt returned NSF which will be initiated as a separate transaction from the authorized recurring payment.  I acknowledge that the origination of ACH transactions to my account must comply with the provisions of U.S. law.

7.       Ralph Anthony Professional Farrier Services Terms and Conditions for online credit card payments and online check payments are subject to change at any time.  Each transaction shall be subject to the specific Terms and Conditions that were in place at the time of the transaction.
